Pole is physically challenging and warm ups are critical. It also disrupts the flow of other students and the instructor to come late. Please, no late entry more than 5 minutes after class begins.

Late Entrance

Any class with less than 3 reservations may be cancelled. The cancellation will take place 4 hours before class time. If you have a reservation you will be notified by text and email. Please check our live schedule before walking into a class. All changes will be reflected on our live schedule 4 hours before class begins.

Minimum Attendance

If you do not attend class, arrive after the 5 minute grace period or cancel within the 12-hour cancellation window, you will lose your purchased session. Please cancel your reservation 12 hours before class begins if you will not attend.

Limitless and Devoted Members are subject to a $20 cancelation fee.

LATE Cancellation

Memberships are a monthly auto-renewing package where you receive a discounted class rate in exchange for a 3 month commitment. Cancellations will incur a $50 fee if canceled within your 3 month period to partially reimburse us for the discount that we have given when a commitment is not fulfilled.  Memberships will auto-renew every 3 months.

Requests to discontinue renewal can be emailed to info@bespun.com with 30 day notice so we have a written record of the request. We're not totally unsympathetic to requests within the 30 day period, but we're also humans who work regular business hours. Last minute (ex. next day) changes might not be possible.

Sales Policy

You may film yourself during designated times. Please ask for consent before filming others or posting media with other people in the background.

The studio reserves the right to share class videos on social media and repost student content.
