“Classes” are the fastest and most diverse way to make the grade at BeSpun.  Each class is unique and reflects the style of the instructor and the level of the students in the class.

Beginners Basics

 

This class is perfect for every pole dancer on their first day and great dancers who want to stay all over the ground. This class is no climbing and no sticking to the pole. Just dance spin and floorwork groove your way through the hour.

Sexy Pole Dance Basics (BEG)

 

 

This class is perfect for beginners but open to all levels.  Newbies never fear in this class we stay right side up while building strength and flexibility to take you to the next level!

Pole Dance Workout - INT

 

 

This class is designed for all levels of students interested in learning dazzling pole tricks and combining them in a performance style dance. Class is taught in a progressive style, starting with the foundational moves of each technique and advancing to your individual skill level.

    • Inverted floorwork
    • Aerial poses and holds
    • Leg hangs and pole handstands
    • Plyometric and acrobatic exercises
    • Flexibility training

 

Prerequisites: Pole Virgins, Sexy Pole Basics, 8 Week Pole Term Class 101

 

Recommendations: In order to build the strength to master these moves we recommend training 3 days a week in our Sexy Pole Basics & Pole Dance Workout Classes and/or enrolling in our 8 Week Pole Term Class 102 or 104.

Recommendations: In order to build the strength to master these moves we recommend training 3 days a week in our Sexy Pole Basics & Pole Dance Workout Classes and/or enrolling in our 8 Week Term Class Pole 104.

Spinning Pole - Beg/Int

 

 

 

 

Take a whirl on our spinning pole and add a new element to your pole game. Motion sickness be gone we have the moves to help you tame that spinning pole!

Prerequisites: Basic mastery of static pole climbs sits and spins.

FLEX is a conditioning based active FLEXibility class designed to get you strong FLEXible and lean all in one hour. This is an intense workout not a stretching class! You will Sweat Stretch Flex and improve your pole game. Designed to be the perfect compliment to pole.
